U.S. demand and discovery evidence

Published campaign context and raw receipts, refreshed 28 October 2026. Miami 44-unit development: 104 leads, 41 screened warm and approximately $1,000 media spend in the first 28 days, July 2026. Counts are TERAMOK-reported in the case text. The GA4 active-user screenshot supports traffic, not independent verification of 104/41. About $24 is approximate media cost per warm lead; agency, production, website and other costs are excluded. No sales count or total CAC is claimed.

Chicago developer: 33.1K impressions (+693%) and 480 clicks (+103%) in the reported 90-day Search Console window, six months into SEO; screenshot captured 31 August 2026. Separately, a Miami developer GA4 90-day view captured 31 August 2026 reports 112 AI-assistant sessions. These figures are not combined with the 28-day Miami example; the relationship between the anonymised client identities is not established. Sessions, impressions and clicks are not enquiries, buyers, sales or proof of an AI recommendation. No underlying analytics audit is implied.

PDF downloads

The company overview and service guide repeat the same rates, inclusions, exclusions and evidence definitions. They are general capability and rate-reference documents, not a client acquisition forecast or binding quote.

Investment references

Published U.S. rate card, retrieved 28 October 2026, states updated 21 October 2026 and reviewed by TERAMOK’s COO. Prices in USD. The à la carte rates are published U.S. references. Monthly management options use the owner-specified fees described below; their exact allocation and capacity are quoted. No negotiated client rates have been adopted as standard prices.

Advertising spend, setup, production, travel, software, optional work and applicable taxes are confirmed separately in the quote. Work included in an engagement is not charged again from the service menu. Initial website search foundations and additional recurring work must be reconciled in the scope.

Identity & production

TERAMOK wordmarks from the supplied brand archive. Manrope typeface from the existing presentation asset set. MIA, YPERIA and Loyal imagery and MIA film are drawn from their respective public TERAMOK case pages. Film is streamed on demand; no autoplay or marketing tracking is added.

Digital experience

The interactive website study is a TERAMOK design demonstration using supplied portfolio photographs. It is not presented as a delivered client website. Sphere physics, particles and motion graphics illustrate the approach; they are not measured campaign data. Additional PNOES images use the same supplied archive and credit limits. Three.js (MIT) powers the WebGL scene; the licence is retained with the source.

Measurement

Visibility, accepted enquiries, meetings, signed agreements and completions are distinct measures. No sales forecast, return-on-investment calculation, guaranteed ranking, AI recommendation or promised sales count is included. Relevant comparisons require the business’s own baseline, conversion data and affordable acquisition cost.

Aristides Dallas Architects · Supplied project visualisations

Cliffhanger and Maison Cheval images were supplied by the owner for this local TERAMOK website experience. Architecture is credited to Aristides Dallas Architects. The CGI/rendering authors were not identified in the supplied material. TERAMOK’s work shown here is the digital presentation and scroll choreography; this gallery does not claim TERAMOK designed the buildings or created these renderings.

The gallery uses optimised derivatives of all 16 supplied images. Original files remain unchanged. No construction status, completion, sales, client outcome or CGI-production result is asserted. The Maison Cheval reference PDF was inspected for context and remains private, outside the website bundle.

Renewal sample and client tenure

On 28 October 2026, TERAMOK management supplied 19 renewals among 20 clients in response to a question about renewal after year one. 19 / 20 = 95%. The sample window and eligibility rules were not provided. It is presented as a management-reported sample, not an audited annual or company-wide renewal rate. The statement that this repeats every year is not reproduced without annual cohorts.

The public Greece site currently states 90% renew after year one. That unscoped public figure is not combined with, or silently replaced by, this newly reported sample. The same site lists Aristides Dallas Architects in its 6th year, YPERIA in its 4th and MIA in its 3rd, as of October 2026. Those individual examples do not define the sample.

Management-reported sales value

Owner statement on28October2026: €21M in actual sales. Projects, cohort, dates, transaction definition and marketing attribution were not supplied. The owner requested no further detail. This is an owner-reported value claim, not independently verified transaction evidence, and is explicitly separate from the Miami104/41lead example. It is not a sales forecast or evidence of prospective client return.

Search and AI discovery

Platform logos identify Google, Gemini, ChatGPT and Perplexity as services, not partners or endorsements. Source: official platform assets/favicons; ChatGPT icon from Google's favicon cache. We do not claim these are collectively the #1trusted source. Pew Research's2026study documents chatbot use for information, not a universal trust ranking.

Pew Research Center study

Historical search/AI figures retain their distinct90-day windows and reporting limits. These are TERAMOK-reported, not sales or independent audit.

New monthly management options

The owner specified monthly agency fees of USD3,500/5,500/9,500 and directed use of a prior private offer's scope hierarchy as a reference. These are proposed management scopes, not the former published Build/Grow launch programmes. Final monthly allocations, workload and capacity require a written quote. Media, implementation, setup and new production are separate unless included expressly. No private client's budget, reserves, credentials or media plan is reproduced.
